Officer Foster Retires After 34 Years
Officer Bill Foster retired last month after 34 years of dedicated service to the Ashland Police Department and to the Ashland community. Foster was one of the firearms instructors, firearms licensing officer, and the department‘s go-to guy for all things mechanical. On its Facebook page, the department wished Officer Foster well. “Congratulations on your well deserved retirement Bill! You will be greatly missed around the station! We wish you well in your next endeavor.”
