Bakery Bonanza at Ashland Farmers Market 2022

After their wonderful produce farms, Ashland Farmers Market’s baked goods often cause long lines of shoppers.
Yet there have been some eagerly requested gaps in their baked offerings.
The organizers heard your requests and this year have included some new bakery vendors, without losing any of the bakeries you know and love.
The Crust will be the market anchor. A second bakeshop, Swanski’s, run by a female duo of new entrepreneurs, will add different baked goods. Also new this season is a gluten free, allergy free, all vegan bakery, Jennifer Lee’s Bakery. Bagel Table returns with the best bagels and challah. In the sweets department, Persian Treats is returning to popular acclaim. Peruvian Pastries continues as a stalwart of the sweet tooth crowd. Dulce D Leche will bring their mouthwatering variety of pies, paninis, cakes, and artisan pastries, as well as gelato and sorbetto.
With all these options to choose from, plan to meet friends for brunch or lunch while you enjoy the weekly music performances on stage from 10:30 to 12:30.
This season Kid’s Corner is back! Bring your children between 9:30 and 10:30 to the special tent, where every week is a different activity. They may plant seeds in a take-home pot, create designs with beans and seeds, make huge water bubbles, and loads more, guided by volunteer adults and teens. Favorite event days, like Farm Day with live farm animals, the popular Dog Day, Strawberry Fest, Harvest Festival, and Pumpkin Painting Day are being planned.
Calendar in the Ashland Farmers Market for Saturday mornings between 9AM and 1PM. More than 25 food vendors and artisans will welcome you on Opening Day, June 11, at 125 Front St., on the green across from the Ashland Public Library. For more information, go to AshlandFarmersMarket.org.
