Community Foundation for MetroWest Welcomes Two New Board Members

SOUTH NATICK- May 27, 2025- The Community Foundation for MetroWest is pleased to announce the appointment of two distinguished leaders, Kirsten Poler of Medfield and Jason Grant of Ashland, to its Board of Trustees.

Kirsten Poler is a trusts and estates attorney with a rich background in community service and nonprofit leadership. A graduate of Amherst College and Columbia Law School, Kirsten is president of the Medfield Foundation and is actively involved with Bellforge Arts Center. She has served on the Medfield Conservation Commission and the Medfield Historical Commission and sits on the boards of the Trustees of Reservations, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, and the Amherst College Mead Art Museum.

Jason Grant is President of ARCO National Construction’s New England office, where he leads design-build operations and strategic growth. With a civil engineering background and extensive experience in large-scale construction management, Jason is committed to delivering high- quality, client-focused solutions. Jason recently co-chaired the Foundation’s Community Leadership Reception event. A graduate of Western Michigan University, he is also active in community organizations in Ashland, where he lives with his wife, Lauren, and their three children.
