Real Estate and Personal Property Tax bills for the second quarter of FY26 are due on Nov. 3. Please note that Nov. 1 falls on a Saturday, so the due date is the following Monday.

Unpaid rubbish bills will incur a $30 demand fee. The exact date for the demand mailing has not yet been confirmed by DPW.

Any outstanding FY25 water, sewer, or stormwater bills will result in a lien on the third and fourth quarter FY26 real estate tax bills. Please pay your outstanding balance by Dec. 1 to avoid a lien.
