Classic cars invade Ashland for the 14th Annual KiddeFenwal Car Show for Cancer

Richard Knight, a long-time supporter of the KiddeFenwal Car Show and well-known car restorer and mechanic, is probably showing his award for his 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado.

The day could not have been better weather-wise, with a sunny and warm day, and cars came from all over New England to Ashland on Sept. 12 to attend KiddeFenwal's car show. “Over 360 cars and 1,000 people attended the show this year, breaking all records,” said Peter Kamitian.

The show raised about $35K for cancer-related organizations through car entrance fees, donations from spectators, and a record eighty sponsors, comprised mostly of local businesses.

“I would like to thank each and every sponsor and all the volunteers that make this show one of the favorites of local people who want to sit and relax and enjoy the company of fellow car owners in a fun and noncompetitive environment and raise money for a great cause,” commented Kamitian.
