Many Thanks to those who visited us at our booth at Dragonfly Street Faire. For those that were interested in the Cookies for Kids Cancer, please go to this website: https://my.beagoodcookie.org/team/850454
Thank You for your generosity
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated aluminum pull tabs and used eyeglasses. These ongoing collections help support important programs that benefit people both locally and around the world. Please keep those donations coming! Every pair of glasses and every handful of pull tabs helps make a difference.
Porchetta Night!
The many people that came to our annual Porchetta Night at the Ashland VFW enjoyed:
• A Delicious 5 course meal prepared by Marconi's.
• Live entertainment provided by Antonio D’Eramo.
• Exciting Basket Raffles - including a generous raffle donation from Anderson's Jewelers.
It was a fantastic night of great food, fun, and fellowship—all while supporting the charitable work of the Greater Ashland Lions Club.
Help keep someone warm this winter
It's never too early to begin collecting clean, gently used coats for our annual Coat for Kids and Families campaign, beginning in October.
You can bring donations to any of our upcoming events, or simply contact Lion Debbi at 508-881-2117 to arrange a convenient pickup.
Together, we can help ensure that local families stay warm during the colder months ahead.
Thank you for supporting Lions
For those of you who may have any used eyeglasses or un-needed hearing aids, you may drop them off at Market Basket (Pond Street / Rte.126), the VFW (at 311 Pleasant Street), or the Town Hall (Main Street).
Every volunteer hour, every donation, every event attended, and every member strengthens our ability to serve others. Thank you for being part of a community that cares so deeply about helping neighbors near and far!
Together, we can continue to make Ashland—and the world—a better place through service. #kindnessmatters
